About Our Practice

At Carter Rehabilitation, we have state of the art strengthening, cardio and rehabilitation equipment combined with over 25 years of clinical practice. We can provide a positive, enjoyable experience with excellent outcomes for patients with orthopedic and neurological deficits.

Office Hours

Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Location

Our office is located in the Meadows Shopping Plaza on South Milton Road adjacent to Carl's Jr. Parking is available both in the front and the side of the building, with wheelchair access available. View map.

We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Workers' Comp and many other commercial insurance programs, in addition to Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
